2025 Researchers-Investors Summit

About the Summit

The 2025 Researchers–Investors Summit is a strategic initiative designed to bridge the persistent gap between research innovation and agribusiness investment in Ghana. Over 200 key stakeholders, including researchers, investors, development partners, agritech companies, academics, students and policymakers, will participate in the summit.

Ghana’s agricultural landscape is rich with research breakthroughs—from climate-resilient seed systems to digital ag tools—but these remain largely underutilized due to a lack of structured platforms that connect researchers with investors and industry actors. This summit aims to change that by showcasing high-potential, investment-ready research outputs; facilitating direct matchmaking and mentorship between researchers and investors; and promoting co-creation of commercial pilots and partnership frameworks.

The summit has four main objectives:
1. Bridging the innovation-impact divide
2. Stimulating local investment and entrepreneurship
3. Empowering young scientists and early-stage innovators
4. Revitalizing the agribusiness sector
5. Building a culture of collaboration
